About the Opportunity ENCO currently has exciting opportunities for reliable and motivated individuals to join our cleaning team, with a range of casual and permanent part-time positions available.
We welcome applicants from all backgrounds and industries, whether you’re looking for a career change, balancing work with study, or seeking additional employment.
Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential, as we provide comprehensive training, a thorough induction, and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role.
Main duties and responsibilities would include:
Deliver excellent customer service while maintaining positive relationships with our highly reputable clients
Perform a range of cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, sanitising surfaces, cleaning bathrooms, and emptying bins.
Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation across all designated areas.Follow all company policies, procedures, manuals, and relevant workplace health and safety requirements.
Identify and promptly report any hazards, incidents, maintenance issues, or safety concerns.
Use cleaning equipment and products safely and in accordance with training and procedures.
Work efficiently and independently while meeting required cleaning standards and deadlines.
Maintain a professional manner and contribute to a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for clients and colleagues.

Previous experience in a similar position (highly desirable)
Baseline Clearance Required, or the ability to obtain one upon commencement
