You'll identify opportunities to streamline workflows, reduce manual effort and implement practical AI and automation solutions across client environments and our own operations. This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you'll assess how businesses operate, uncover inefficiencies and develop recommendations that deliver measurable results. From mapping processes and evaluating technologies to presenting solutions and supporting implementation, you'll help clients move from ideas to meaningful outcomes. You'll also contribute to internal transformation initiatives, collaborate with technology partners and help shape how Acquire Intelligence delivers its consulting services. What you get:

• Hands-on operational experience in customer experience (CX), business process outsourcing (BPO), or business operations, with a strong understanding of how workflows and systems function in practice.
• A genuine interest in AI, automation and emerging technologies, with the ability to identify practical applications that improve business efficiency.
• A natural problem-solving mindset, with the ability to analyse existing processes, identify inefficiencies and recommend smarter solutions.
• An entrepreneurial mindset and a track record of taking initiative, leading improvements or driving change.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage clients and senior stakeholders and explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• The ability to assess business software, systems and workflows and identify opportunities for process optimisation and integration.
• A proactive, adaptable and results-driven approach, with the ability to move ideas forward and work independently.
• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to develop process maps, workflow documentation, solution recommendations and consulting reports.
• A collaborative approach to working with internal teams, clients and external technology partners.
• A willingness to keep learning and apply new AI and automation tools to solve real business problems. Experience in consulting or a client-facing role is an advantage, but not essential.
