We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapist to join our growing team in the Perth Metro and surrounding areas.You will deliver evidence-based physiotherapy assessments and interventions to clients under aged care funding programs, with a focus on reablement and restorative care.
Your work will help older people maintain or regain independence, mobility, and confidence to remain living at home.Your teamYou will be joining an established and supportive group of health professionals who share a passion for helping older Australians live well.

Together we help people feel loved, valued and respected every day.About youDegree in Physiotherapy with current AHPRA registrationDemonstrated abilityto assess physiotherapy needs and develop individualised programs for aged care clients in the communityPost graduate experience working with in a variety of aged care services, including rehabilitation and community settingsComprehensive understanding of reablement and restorative care modelsConfident working both independently and within a multidisciplinary teamExcellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated computer literacyAlignment with BaptistCare's values and missionCurrent first aid certificate or willingness to obtainUnrestricted driver's licence and access to a reliable, registered vehicle with minimum Third-Party Property Damage car insurance.About usWe are proud to be part of the merged care organisation that will be known nationally as BaptistCare.
