Physiotherapist – Perth Metro

2XM Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist who enjoys working in the community and is open to travelling across the Perth Metro area to support clients in their homes and local settings.

What You'll Be Doing:

· Delivering high-quality, person-centred physiotherapy services in community settings

· Conducting functional assessments and creating tailored treatment plans

· Providing rehabilitation support, mobility training, and pain management

· Supporting clients to achieve independence and daily living goals

· Maintaining accurate documentation in line with compliance and funding body requirements

· Collaborating with other allied health professionals, families, and support teams

· Working with aged care and NDIS clients with varying and complex needs

About You:

· Minimum 2 years of experience as a Physiotherapist in community

· Current registration with the Physiotherapy Board of Australia

· Current National Police Clearance (issued within the last 6 months)

· NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)

· Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy

· Strong verbal and written communication skills

· Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards (highly regarded)

· Comfortable working independently in diverse community settings
