If you've previously worked with PMS Systems in a reservations capacity, be it in tourism or travel and you're ready for a new venture, then look no further

**Key Responsibilities**
- Deliver training to new and existing clients
- Nurturing existing client relationships by providing support and troubleshooting technical issues
- Supporting the Set-Up and Implementation Team with the configuration of the PMS for clients
- Developing and maintaining in-depth knowledge of Software functionality
- Help integrate new joiners into the team through system training, advice and guidance
- Attend product training and workshops to keep abreast of product developments and grow personal knowledge base
- Assist cross-functional teams with product support as required.

**Key skills and experience**
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A customer-focused work ethic with demonstrated experience in customer service
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and peers
- Experience working with PMS systems
