Starting as a family-owned business, we are rapidly expanding, with a current network of 30 stores with another 5 in the next month (on our journey to national expansion).

This role is pivotal to our success as you represent our brand directly to customers and you will be supported by an amazing team of donut connoisseur's This is a fantastic opportunity if you are looking for new opportunities in a growing retail brand at an amazing work location. We are searching for enthusiastic Retail Assistants so don't hesitate to apply

Tasks & responsibilities
- Providing an outstanding customer experience;
- Setting up, filling and adjusting displays as required;
- Upselling;
- Making amazing coffees
- Preparing cold beverages (milk shakes (have you tried one yet) & iced drinks);
- Food safety requirements - temperature checks and recording;
- Cleaning duties throughout the store.

Qualifications & experience
- Demonstrated customer service skills;
- You will have a positive, can-do attitude towards all tasks required to perform.
- Enjoy the challenge of upselling;
- Excellent organisational skills;
- Exposure to a fast paced environment;
- Prior retail or food experience will be highly regarded but is not essential.

Available shifts: Opening to Closing Shift (4:30am - 10:30pm)

Part-time hours: 20-38 per week

**Salary**: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
