Calling all experienced, passionate, coffee obsessed BARISTAS & VENUE SUPERVISORSST. ALi are on the look out for Venue Supervisors & Baristas **who are crazy about coffee** (with all rounderexperience) **to join our OPENING TEAM in our soon to open **Terminal 1 venue.

**ST. ALi **are considered pioneers in the Melbourne coffee game and are continuously pushing the envelope when it comes to creating a unique Melbourne coffee experience. Roasted in our very own backyard, we are industry leaders in ethically and sustainably sourcing beans to create cult-favourite flavours and blends that our customers have come to love.

We want shift supervisors & baristas who are coffee obsessed and passionate about their craft and are looking to step up into an Assistant / Manager role.

Located in the heart of the new Qantas Terminal redevelopment this exclusive, state of the art coffee venue is in an Insta worthy location catering to travellers expecting the BEST coffee experience with a Melbourne styled food menu, cocktails, wines and our FEELS GOOD merchandise, if you're looking for the next step in your career and are as coffee crazy as we are, then this is your new role

Train at ST. ALi South Melbourne Cafe & in our warehouse

**Must be able to work between the hours of 5am - 2pm or 2pm - 9pm with availability on weekdays & weekends.**

- **SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**_

Demonstrated experience in a Barista role within a fast-paced retailer
Coaching and training new team members to create high quality coffee (Senior Barista)
Outstanding knowledge on all things coffee
Ability with coffee art
Experience in a F&B environment i.e. serving & light food and snacks
Coffee machine maintenance and care
Exceptional customer service with the ability to create relationships

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: $30.95 - $63.63 per hour
