Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team in QLD. The ideal candidate will be confident working autonomously, serving existing accounts, providing exceptional customer service by performing routine maintenance and repairs, including detection, diagnosing, and troubleshooting of faults and identification of solutions to meet our customers' needs.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Maintenance and Repair Services: Perform routine maintenance and repair services on machinery and equipment, ensuring all work is performed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Servicing and Repairing Hydraulic Systems: Service and repair hydraulic systems and small engines, using diagnostic tools and techniques to identify and troubleshoot faults.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support and guidance to customers and colleagues, maintaining accurate records of work completed and customer interactions.

Requirements:

  • Australian trade qualification or equivalent experience;
  • Current forklift licence and manual driver licence;
  • Mechanical aptitude and background in hydraulics and small engines;
  • Presentation and professionalism;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • High level of integrity, honesty, reliability, and confidentiality at all times;
  • Exceptional time management and organisational skills;

  • Product knowledge in earthmoving attachments;
  • Understanding of hydraulics and electrical circuits.
