
District Workforce Co-Ordinator

You will work as part of a District Coordination Team where you will be tasked with steering District workforce resources to meet contemporary and operational demand requirements. Your role will include liaising with the District management team and providing expert advice on compliance, risk management and resolving operational rostering issues.
Logan District Office's management and administration team work together in an inclusive and dynamic working environment. Your role is an integral part of the administration leadership team providing advice and guidance for the District to staff at all levels to ensure the effective management of available resources is aimed towards operational policing and service delivery.
- Do you have previous rostering experience of large staffing cohorts and knowledge of relevant industrial awards?- Are you an effective communicator with a vision to connect with staff at all levels to inspire and drive the key business priorities associated with the role?- Do you have a passion for creating efficient business processes aimed towards improving the operational policing environment?- Have you got a keen eye for detail and the ability to think outside the norm in when it comes to problem solving?- Do you have the ability to work as part of a team but also be an independent leader?
