Within this Centre of Excellence sit Digital Marketing Communications, the control centre for multi-channel direct customer contact combining marketing, engagement, and service messaging in one team.

About the role

We currently have several roles within the Digital Marketing Communications team - one permanent and several for 12-month fixed term contracts.

Collaborating cross functionally you will undertake research and analysis of data and insights to inform best practice, and work closely with your stakeholders to deliver expert knowledge and solutions for digital customer engagement and conversion.

Bring your strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills to a role where you'll get to use your CMS experience, SEO, optimisation and experimentation, and accessibility knowledge to be the gatekeeper of content for our corporate websites. Working closely with UX specialists to ensure everything looks and feels seamless for our customers.

**This role can be based in the following locations**: Melbourne, Adelaide, or Bendigo for the days that you are in the office, and then other days you'll be working from home to help better balance your life and work (other city locations may also be considered)

About you

**As the Digital Marketing Communications Specialist, you will**:
Develop and maintain digital communications and improve usability

Create and build visual concepts/layouts for web pages and campaigns within established templates and brand guidelines

Train and support staff responsible for online content
Work collaboratively with team members to create a great digital experience for our customers
Leverage knowledge and insights to identify and drive Marketing engagement opportunities
Manage campaign execution and engagement systems, across digital marketing platforms
Champion Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and Website Accessibility standards
Review and perform quality assurance on outputs to ensure accuracy and adherence to appropriate brand and style guidelines, digital standards and tone of voice
Create new, update existing, approve and publish content online

**To be successful in the role, you'll have**:
Demonstrated prior experience in a similar Digital Marketing Communications Specialist / Website Author / Digital Producer or Conversion Rate Optimisation role ideally within a regulated industry
A proven track record of delivering, monitoring, and evaluating a major digital communications plan / campaign with web, automation and other digital reporting
A strong understanding of customer interaction with the online environment including web and mobile with a keen appreciation of user experience and customer centred design
Exceptional analytical, numerical, and reporting skills
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritise work and meet deadlines
Understanding of development standards and HTML
Knowledge of WCAG 2.0, Search Engine Optimisation, web standards
Experience in working with user experience and website experimentation tools (desirable)
A highly collaborative style with the ability to engage and influence a diverse range of stakeholders
