This position is expected to be onsite 100%.
OverviewKBR's Government Solutions National Security Solutions team provides high-end engineering and advanced technology solutions to customers in the intelligence and national security communities.
Your work will contribute to protecting national security and supporting critical missions.What You'll DoSort and distribute incoming mail.Prepare outgoing mail (enveloping, stamping, sorting).
Manage postal requirements and ensure postage is up-to-date.Maintain records and logs of mail.Maintain Quality Control: implement and maintain quality control measures to ensure that all installations and repairs meet standards.Facilitate team communication: ensure clear and consistent communication within the team and with project stakeholders.Other duties as required.RequirementsMust be a US or Australian citizen.Must have a US Secret clearance, or an Australian NV-1 clearance.Minimum of two years of USPS or AUS Mail experience.Good organizational and time management skills.Working knowledge of mail processes and postal regulations.Attention to detail and accuracy in service delivery.Adaptability to changing conditions, technologies, and requirements.Strong decision-making skills to resolve issues quickly and effectively under pressure.About UsBelong, Connect and Grow at KBR.
