Our client in the utility industry is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to engage, influence, and deliver.Drive end-to-end recruitment for critical roles within a leading WA organisationPartner with senior stakeholders to deliver strategic sourcing and hiring outcomes3–6 month contract | Hybrid work | Supportive, purpose-driven team environmentAbout the RoleLead end-to-end recruitment for key and hard-to-fill rolesPartner with senior leaders to deliver strategic hiring solutionsCoach and support hiring managers through best-practice processesDrive campaign-based recruitment across multiple disciplinesManage candidate experience from sourcing to onboardingBuild and maintain strong internal and external talent pipelinesReduce third-party dependency with proactive sourcing strategiesSupport recruitment marketing and employer branding initiativesWhat You'll Bring5+ years' in recruitment – internal or agencyStrong stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsProven success recruiting technical or leadership rolesComfortable working in high-volume, fast-paced environmentsKnowledge of SAP SuccessFactors or similar ATSHighly organised, with a customer-first mindsetWA Driver's Licence (Class C or C-A)Desirable but Not EssentialExperience recruiting engineers, professionals, or electrical tradesPrevious exposure to large commercial or infrastructure organisationsTertiary qualification in HR, Business or a related disciplineWhy Join?
