Our Personal Carer & Engagement Workers (PCEWs) or Lifestyle Assistants are highly interactive, supporting our elderly residents, their families, and colleagues 7 days a week across AM, PM, and Night shifts.

Our ideal candidates are highly empathetic, possess a strong work ethic, and are passionate about making a difference in the lives of the elderly.
Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in the Aged Care sector and the ability to think on your feet, communicate effectively, build rapport, and maintain professional relationships with residents and co-workers.
Additionally, you will:Possess a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) — preferred but not essential.
Given the nature of the role supporting resident lifestyle activities, a Certificate IV in Leisure and Health is also acceptable.Hold the NDIS Workers Screening Clearance (essential) or be willing to obtain it.Have excellent safety awareness to prevent residents from tripping, falling, or hurting themselves — be their extra eyes and ears.Demonstrate a positive teamwork attitude, be a trusted co-worker, manage your time effectively (including shift handovers), and follow strict safety procedures to maintain high workplace safety standards.Have a passion for making a difference and a willingness to help our company deliver quality care services daily.Display a positive, fun, and confident personality to help residents, who may sometimes be shy, to engage in lifestyle and group activities.Infinite Care's Employee BenefitsFREE mandatory & self-paced training modules throughout employment.Earn extra income through the Carefriends employee referral program (unlimited referrals).
