What will you do?

In this position you will report to our Work Winning Market Portfolio Lead based in WA and play an integral part in a wider team of highly skilled specialists who 'bring ideas to life'. You will be an experienced proposal professional with strong writing, project and stakeholder management skills, well versed in bid management best practice.
- The role will offer a combination of a strategic and hands-on involvement in major opportunities so the ability to lead and project manage the bid delivery process alongside a 'can do' attitude is essential.
- lead the work winning aspect of major / strategic opportunities and
- provide advice and coaching to the bid teams across the entire bid process ie from Engage / Pursuit stage to the Debrief. You will also
- have access to the broader winning work and creative support allowing you to utilise your exceptional storytelling skills while translating complex technical concepts into engaging and compelling content.
- You'll have an appetite for leading and owning your area and you'll be truly passionate about the win

What can you bring to the team?

Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future.
- Minimum 7 years of direct bid related experience including at least 3 years' experience managing tenders independently
- Degree level qualification in corporate communications/marketing or business-related fields
- Strong technical writing skills
- Experience in working virtually on opportunities throughout ANZ
- Ability to communicate effectively and forge relationships with key internal stakeholders across all levels of an organisation
- Experience working for a professional consultancy will be highly regarded
- APMP foundation or higher level of accreditation highly recommended but not required
