Looking for an Energetic Assistant Manager and Leader to take on the challenge of a growing fitness facility.

WHAT WILL YOU BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- You are responsible for the profitability and growth of your club.
- You will be a sales gun and drive the entire process from active lead gen, sign-ups and the personal individualised experience after joining.
- You will ensure that members have a fantastic experience in our clubs at all times and are always met with a smile and a warm 'Hello' every time they enter.
- You will be the point of contact for all members to ensure their membership experience is outstanding.
- Assisting with the management of the facility and the team.

BEFORE YOU APPLY

- You live within a reasonable distance to Rouse Hill
- You have the right to work in Australia
- Most of all, you have a good sense of humour and are passionate about making an impact and changing lives
