As a civil construction company we found a niche in concrete kerbing and concrete barrier wall that our onsite team provide to construction company's funded by the government all over Australia.

The office team that you will be apart of are the backbone that provides support to our onsite team to make their day to day run smoothly.

We are looking for a switched on admin support to assist our managers with daily tasks and duties, these jobs will vary between operational task and accounting.

**Duties**
- Co-ordinate Fleet & Machinery Maintenance
- Maintain Customer Credit Register
- Accounts Payable
- Update & Maintain SWMS
- Keep company procedures & processes up-to-date
- Co-ordinate with Department Managers
- Monitor and update basic IT systems

**Experience & Knowledge**
- 2 Years experience in an admin role
- Self-driven and organised;
- Attention to detail
- Accountability
- Access to a car
- Ability to take direction and work in a team
- Be Reliable

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 21 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends

**Experience**:

- System administration: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
