Based in our office in Kooragang, you'll be part of our Customer Care Centre Team, proactively handling outbound and inbound hire and sales activities nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:Establish new hire and sales accounts by proactively responding to inbound customer calls and conducting outbound callsProcess rental quotes, reservations and contractsKeep the momentum going with follow-up callsGenerate leads for new business and communicate leadsWarm call on lost and/or dormant accounts to retain business Ready to make a splash in this role?
