Our client is looking for a talented Customer Experience Design Officer to capture, measure and improve their customers' experience.

**Customer Experience Design Officer**

PERSOLKELLY are working with a leading Utilities organisation based 5 minutes' drive from Perth CBD. Our client is seeking a talented Customer Experience Design Officer to support the planning and designing of Customer Experience Design team program of work, champion a human-centred approach to uncover the needs and interactions that matter most for their customers in the products, services and processes they deliver across the business.

Working hours: 22.8 hours per week (3 days a week)

Location: Leederville

Start Date: ASAP

Duration: 2 months - Leave Absence Cover

**The Role**
- Support the Customer Experience Design team with insights and coordination of initiatives to capture, measure and improve customer experiences
- Provide input into the advancement of service blueprints
- Coordinate workshops as directed and help the Lead manage a schedule of work
- Work closely with the customer program team and customer experience delivery teams to help plan work and resource allocation
- Conduct initial problems/opportunity analysis, research, document and prioritise findings
- Engage in Customer Insights to collaborate on customer experience measures, manage and monitor performance
- Help coordinate input into a master list of customer experience initiatives not only for the purpose of monitoring but also to support prioritisation of new initiatives against the current workload
- Contribute to monitoring of progress against corporate objectives and customer experience metrics

**The Person**
- Tertiary level qualification or equivalent in a digital, communications, design, or customer service-related discipline
- Relevant experience in improving customer experiences
- Relevant experience with design-thinking methodologies
- Proven ability to coordinate schedules and plans, timelines and manage multiple stakeholders
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement
- Customer-focused and understand customer centricity approaches
- Demonstrate the values and behaviours that contribute to a constructive, high-performance culture

**Desirable**
- Mobile solution experience
