Job Title

Coaching and Knowledge Management Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Coaching and Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering training and coaching programs, creating and updating knowledge articles, and identifying knowledge gaps.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement training programs that align with our organization's goals and objectives.
  • Coach employees on various topics, including leadership, communication, and teamwork.
  • Create high-quality knowledge articles that meet the needs of our employees and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular evaluations to identify knowledge gaps and develop strategies to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of training and knowledge management initiatives.

This is a 12-month opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our organization.

About You
  • A passion for learning and development, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience in training and coaching, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to adapt communication to different audiences.
  • Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and mutual support.
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in training and knowledge management.
