Hurstville, New South Wales $22 - $34 hour Cornerstone Medical RecruitmentPosted 10 days agoJob DescriptionPermanentAbout the OpportunityAs a Mental Health RN, you will:Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care for patients with acute and chronic mental health needs.Work within a multidisciplinary team to provide patient-centred care.Support patients and families in decision-making, advocacy, and discharge planning.Supervise and mentor ENs and AINs where required.Contribute to clinical quality, safety, and improvement initiatives.Provide clear and confident communication, particularly when discussing risks and patient safety.Skills and ExperienceCurrent AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.Minimum of 3 years' mental health nursing experience.Strong clinical and risk management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work in a private hospital setting, with professionalism and teamwork.Experience in drug and alcohol nursing.Confidence in patient advocacy and communicating risks.Permanent, full-time nursing positions (no casual or contract work).
Salary aligned with experience under Level 1.4 RN classification.Convenient location - 2 mins walk from Hurstville Station.Discounted staff parking ($5/day).
