This is a sensational opportunity to join a modern and forward-thinking accounting practice based in Collingwood. They offer a beautiful modern office and a relaxed and supportive team environment.

Due to continued growth, they are now looking for Receptionist / Administrator to support a team of young, friendly and driven accountants.

**To be successful in this role, you will require**:

- Assisting with general administration
- Taking incoming calls
- General client administration support
- Assisting in database management
- Assisting in special projects from all departments (varying from data base updates, letter of engagement updates, software / process rollouts etc)

**About You**
- **Experience within a Public Practice field or in a Professional office is highly regarded**:

- 1 + years' experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly nature
