Roles and Responsibilities:

- Overseeing and managing a vibrant team, delivering outstanding customer service, and being a strong Kate Spade brand ambassador.
- An experienced leader with a can-do attitude, required to demonstrate a service mindset, drive the sales and growth of the business.
- Have strong attention to detail and be able to develop meaningful relationships through your outstanding interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience within visual merchandising to promote the brand/ products through creative displays.
- Support the sales team by providing ongoing coaching and training to elevate their skills.
- Genuine passion of retail sales and clientelling.
