Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Manager to lead our DFO Homebush store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for the overall profitable operation and management of the store, ensuring sales targets are met and providing exceptional customer service.

About the Role

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of the store, including staff supervision and rostering
  • Drive sales growth through effective inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer engagement strategies
  • Lead from example, providing customers with an exceptional shopping experience
  • Ensure accurate stock levels, minimize losses, and maintain a safe working environment

What We're Looking For

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in retail management, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • An ability to work independently and as part of a team
