**The Company**

Our client is a reputable and growing organisation within the mining industry, seeking an experienced and confident Payroll Officer to join on a 12 month contract.

This is a unique standalone position managing a 100+ payroll on a fortnightly basis.

**The Role**

Reporting to the CFO, responsibilities will include but not limited to;
- Standalone payroll duties of approximately 100 employees
- Maintain and update employee data
- Process master timesheets daily
- Assist with month end tasks
- Payment of superannuation and payroll tax
- Award interpretation
- Assist with payroll queries and enquiries as required

**About You**
- Strong end to end payroll experience
- Great attention to detail
- Prior experience using iChris would be an advantageous but not essential.
- Can do attitude
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
