Payroll Officer (Officer & Senior)
- Large multi-site payroll. Advanced systems & Excel
- $80 to $100K + super (depending on experience)

**The Company**
Our client is an iconic listed business in the energy sector and due to expansion by acquisition they are establishing a Queensland office based in the Brisbane CBD.

We are assisting the company to build a high performing payroll team that will support a large-scale workforce across multi sites and two key EBA's.

**About the Roles**
Reporting to a highly experienced and dynamic Payroll Manager, you will be able to develop your knowledge and skills undertaking a diverse range of payroll duties in this fast paced and growth business.

**Key responsibilities**

Prepare and process payroll for employees, including weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls.
- Prepare and process payroll for employees, including weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls
- Prepare payments and compliance submissions for superannuation, payroll tax, workers compensation insurance, PAYG and other employee benefit payment and other compliance reporting requirements.
- Assist with month end reports and payroll accruals.
- Assist with reconciliations for year-end payment summaries.
- Monitor payroll related regulatory changes, and plan and implement measures to ensure compliance.
- Engage & support all payroll related enquiries for employees
- Develop and assist with payroll process and system improvement initiatives (SAP)
- Preparation ad-hoc reports as directed by the Payroll Manager

**About you**
You will be an experience payroll professional at either a Senior Payroll or Payroll Officer level, have used a largescale payroll system with good Excel/ reporting. It is envisaged that you will have outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and make the internal customers feel supported, add value to the team dynamics and the outgoing culture of the newly established office.
