Located 37km NW of Gympie, Woolooga State School is a place where quality and personalised education from Prep to Year 6 is paramount.

As a small school with an enrolment of 17 students, each student is provided with individual reading and writing goals to develop their literacy skills.

Our school offers a personalised, multi-age curriculum aimed at ensuring every student reaches their full potential across all learning areas.

About the Role

As the Principal, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Lead the school community in developing and committing to a shared vision focused on quality learning outcomes for all students.
Uphold values-based, ethical and moral leadership.
Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
Set high standards for student and staff performance.
Engage in lifelong learning and professional development.
Form partnerships with parents, agencies, community groups and stakeholders.
Be future-oriented and strategic.
Understand policies and legislation impacting the school.
Manage department resources to achieve goals.
