The e-commerce & Web Specialist will oversee the management and publication of content across my clients' website portfolios. Your responsibilities extend to the marketing aspects of these sites, encompassing SEO, Google Shopping, and similar The role involves active participation in the design and presentation of the websites, with a particular emphasis on UI/UX. Proficiency in wireframing and web design is crucial for this position.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support maintaining web properties, including technical updates, promotions, and marketing collateral.
- Drive the creation of copy, banners, and new digital assets.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date store listings on the store finder.
- Collaborate with content and brand teams to develop landing pages for campaigns.
- Execute all campaign creatives for banners and homepage takeovers, ensuring responsiveness and thorough testing before launch.
- Utilize knowledge of Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Webmaster tools, and AdWords, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, to drive customer acquisition through digital channels.
- Collaborate with advertising agencies to manage digital marketing initiatives.

Knowledge:

- Advanced experience in WordPress.
- Experience in e-commerce platforms such as Shopify (essential) and Bigcommerce.
- Familiarity with headless CMS systems, specifically Prismic.
- Understanding of website platforms, web technologies, HTML, and CSS coding.
- Proficient in Google AdWords, SEO, Google Shopping, and Google Analytics.
- Knowledge of website personalization and optimization strategies.
- Ability to communicate effectively and keep stakeholders informed.
- Experience in team collaboration, problem-solving, and creative thinking for business solutions.
- Knowledge of UX and UI principles.
- Design skills using Figma and Adobe Suite.

Experience & Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar web management/specialist role, preferably in retail eCommerce.
- Advanced knowledge of CMS platforms and overall online systems.
- Solid understanding of Google Analytics and the ability to report back to key business stakeholders.
