NEC is currently looking for an NV 1 Technical Delivery Manager to work with a federal client based in Canberra.
**You will be r**esponsible for**:

- Delivering the quarterly Technology Roadmap to the client, and internally augmenting with Software Currency, CSI, Capacity, Refresh and Backlog roadmaps highlighting interdependencies and links to documented risks and issues.
- Developing relationships with associated Vendors to inform roadmaps, and security/software currency compliance.
- Working with the NEC Program Manager to ensure tasks and projects aligned to these Roadmaps are executed and reported to the client in the most efficient manner.
- Responsible for ensuring that service architecture end-to-end is addressed for any of the technical designs within contract scope, providing strategic oversight to the Project and Operational Architects.
- Ability to ensure the on-time delivery of project and installation works, while at the same time preventing scope creep and cost variations.
- Managing incident priorities and ensuring that Customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and expectations are met.
- Being able to multitask and manage activities (i.e. mixing break-fix Incidents and installation activities.

**Skills and experience**:

- 10 years plus experience in ICT industry with a minimum of 3 years servicing the federal government, preferably Defence
- Tertiary Qualifications in Technology, Architect, Engineering or Business
- ITIL v3 certified (Desirable)
- MCSE or MCITP or equivalent an advantage (Desirable)
- Membership or eligibility for membership of a relevant professional body (Desirable)
- Certifications in architecture methodologies such as TOGAF (Desirable)
