Swatch watches are a popular canvas for artists working in a great range of styles, and arguably the worlds largest art gallery on the wrist.
The OMEGA x Swatch Moonswatch collaboration was labelled by The New York Times as "the watch industry's defining moment of " and the phenomenal September release of the Blancpain x Swatch Bioceramic Scuba Fifty Fathoms has seen the brand create global headlines and crowds of exciting watch fans flooding stores around the globe.
The Role & Responsibilities
We are looking for energetic, enthusiastic, and passionate people to work with us on a casual basis across the seasonal period, commencing in October to the end of January .
The ideal candidate is to have flexibility in working across weekdays, evenings, weekends and public holidays.
Support the team in achieving sales targets
Handle transactions for all types of sales according to company policy
Ensure the store is always presentable, clean and tidy
Ensure products are displayed in accordance with company guidelines
Assist with daily and monthly stocktake and stock management
Keep up to date with new products, promotions and participate in regular training
Follow up with customers via email and phone regarding warranty and repairs
Always ensure the highest level of customer service Skills & Experience Experience working within retail sales
Highly developed and proven customer service skills
Organised and time efficient
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Positive attitude
Full availability across peak season including weekends and public holidays
Passion for watches or previous watch experience highly desirable but not essential How to Apply
