About the role

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Christmas Casual employees to join our team at the BBSLEEK store in Cannington, WA 6107 & Karrinyup NOR

This is a casual position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work during the busy holiday period. As a Christmas Casual, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and contributing to the overall success of our store.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting customers with product selection, order fulfilment and answering any queries
  • Maintaining a tidy and well-organised store environment
  • Restocking and replenishing merchandise as needed
  • Processing sales transactions efficiently and accurately
  • Providing a positive and engaging shopping experience for all customers
  • Supporting the store team with any additional tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the fashion or lifestyle industry
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with a diverse range of customers
  • A positive, enthusiastic and friendly attitude
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Flexible availability to work during the busy Christmas period, including weekends and evenings
