**The Company**

Lotus People are exclusively working with one of Australia's leading Professional Associations to source an experienced Legal Assistant to support their Workplace Relations Department. This business boasts an amazing culture and is located in North Sydney, close to the station.

**The Role**

Working alongside an experienced team assistant, you will be supporting a small team of in-house lawyers. To succeed in this role, you will be able to multi-task and juggle your own portfolio of files. You will enjoy working as part of a team as well as autonomously, and you must have a meticulous eye for detail.

**The Duties**
- Diary, meeting and travel management
- Opening and closing files
- Monthly billing
- Prepare documents and agendas for meetings
- Manage expenses and credit card reconciliation
- Support with reporting as necessary

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a high performing in-house team and build on your current legal administration skills. You will have exceptional attention to detail, a flexible and problem-solving approach and work as a collaborative team player.

**Skills & Experience**
- Two years of previous experience in a busy administrative role within a legal team.
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including experience with PowerPoint presentations
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders
- Strong time management and organisation skills and a high level of attention to detail
