Overview
Grow Wealth Solutions is a financial coaching and mortgage broking practice. This role supports our financial coaching division, working directly with clients in one-on-one online coaching sessions. We focus on building financial literacy and confidence to empower clients financially.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Financial Coach on a contract basis. This is a work-from-home role responsible for supporting clients through research, preparation, one-on-one coaching sessions (virtually), and tailored follow-up action plans. This is not a financial advisor role; our services focus on financial education and helping clients build a strong money foundation without financial product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct research and prepare for client coaching sessions.
Deliver virtual financial coaching sessions with individuals and families.
Provide clear and practical follow-up action plans and written analysis tailored to each client.
Educate clients on fundamentals of finance, including:
Cashflow and budgeting
Debt management
Basics of property and share investing
Basics of retirement planning
Support clients in building confidence, healthy money habits, and long-term financial resilience.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Financial Coaching
Proficiency in Financial Education and Personal Finance
Sound knowledge and experience in Finance
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
Relevant certifications in financial coaching or planning are a plus
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
Other information
This contract role is perfect for someone seeking part-time, flexible work. Workload varies week to week — some weeks you may have six or seven coaching sessions, while other weeks there may only be two or three. You'll have the freedom to set your own calendar and accept sessions on a per-meeting basis. It's a great fit for someone looking to control their diary, maintain flexibility, and supplement their income.
