**Key Accountabilities**

The major responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

- Support the HSE and People & Culture team with reporting, administration and coordination of the safety and employee programs,
- Supporting managers and employees by responding to queries and provide advice,
- Provide implementation support for projects and managing ongoing business as usual,
- Influence the development of a high-performance culture with a focus on initiatives and projects which improve employee engagement,
- Support leaders with communication and change management initiatives related to health and safety
- Serve as a resource person for employees, providing guidance on health and safety policies, procedures, and practices.

**About you**

You will be highly motivated and engaged, you possess demonstrated recent administrative experience in a HSE, preferably in a dynamic environment. You will be passionate about supporting excellence in employee experience and customer service to all stakeholders.

This will be accompanied by:

- Relevant qualifications for example Certificate level IV in OH&S or related discipline such as, workplace health and safety, or business
- Well-developed organisational and administrative skills including strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and manage own workload
- Demonstrated ability to effectively deal with sensitive issues whilst maintaining a high degree of confidentiality
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present in small and large settings
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and customer service
- Supporting the business to promote a safe and healthy workplace culture
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Forward-thinking with a high level of initiative
