Our client is a leading CBD law firm who promote a friendly and approachable culture and focus on ongoing personal and professional growth and a work life balance for its valued staff.
A great opportunity is now available for an experienced Credit Controller/Debt Recovery Clerk to join their firm on a part-time basis, 3 days per week.
In this role you will report directly to the General Manager and work alongside an Account Manager and Accounts Clerks to
**_manage and monitor debts/debt recovery for the firm through the Fee Synergy system_**.
Other duties will include:

- Point of contact for internal and external queries
- Produce reports
- Engage with clients concerning payment of bills
- Liaise with Partners and Lawyers regarding client issues/bills and how to resolve non-payment of same
- Attend credit meetings and action items concerning debt recovery

**Skills and experience we'd love...**
- A **_minimum of 3 years previous experience_**_ _as a Credit Controller/Debt Recovery Clerk, **_ideally within a professional services environment_** **(law firm experience an advantage)
- Excellent telephone manner and administration follow-up
- A proven record of high level customer service and debt recovery procedures
- High attention to detail and accurate recording of follow-up
- Solid IT skills (inc. Microsoft Office Suite, legal practice management and document management systems)
- Excellent time management skills
