**WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING**

Your main responsibilities will include:
**Coaching & training traders**
- Using your experience and the wider business to enhance the experience of each Trader and Manager within your team.
- Conduct regular meetings with each managed Trader to run through their campaigns to enhance performance and monitor delivery and margins. Provide support for the Trader Manager, QLD & Client Direct to do the same.
- Bring more commercial awareness into the Trading team
- Work closely with MiQ Management to ensure clear and timely communication on campaign, industry, and team opportunities/risks.
- Recruit and train world-class trading talent, and provide continuous development for your team.

**Margin & retention management**
- Monitor and manage margin and delivery across the campaigns managed by your team.
- Deliver excellent campaign performance and client success across a diverse portfolio of accounts.
- Troubleshoot and provide support on any campaign with technical issues.
- Manage workload and campaign distribution of each trader.
- Support the Sales and Account Services teams and relevant agencies in campaign planning and programmatic expertise.

**Process invention, deployment and monitoring**
- Lead testing of new products and features from our external partners and internal Product team across our Advanced TV product.
- Liaise with CTV publishers on deal creation, troubleshooting, and data opportunities.
- Ensuring new and existing processes are deployed in the most efficient fashion and adhered to by all relevant stakeholders.
- Encourage team-wide adoption of new targeting tactics, optimisation methods and ways of working.
- Be the voice of reason within your pod, as well as awareness outside your pod, and ensuring new initiatives are adopted across the wider MiQ Trading team.

**WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR**
- Proven programmatic trading experience
- Thorough understanding of the programmatic landscape and industry ecosystem, in particular across BVOD & CTV
- High degree of experience in at least one, Xandr Invest, Yahoo, DV360, or The Trade Desk
- Previous management experience, managing a team of at least 4 people
- Desire to support and develop your team, providing opportunities for them to learn and grow
- High level of organisation and conscientiousness
- Desire to learn from other markets and the wider MiQ team
