Location: This role is Melbourne or Sydney and is not a remote role.
Regional people will be considered.
Travel to the office in Sydney or Melbourne (whichever is closer) is essential to building relationships with your colleagues.The role:Our Digital Producers are responsible for managing a range of projects across a diverse client portfolio.Key responsibilities:Digital Producers work closely with clients, account managers, and the production team to develop briefs, recommend digital solutions and write documentation.
They will lead our agile teams and be responsible for releasing work that meets the agreed criteria.Essential skills & experience:Let's start with the most important – Excellent communication skillsSecond, can manage multiple projectsThird, a lot of experience managing digital projects and leading cross-functional teamsAt least 3 years of project management or producer experience in a digital agency or client-sideAt least 2 years of demonstrable experience guiding a scrum teamExemplifies and promotes Agile values and principlesExcellent skills at refinement, story splitting, estimation, velocity, retrospection, and other Scrum techniquesGood planning and problem-solving skills with product management and delivery teamsExperience in and knowledge of implementing projects with Content Management Systems (e.g. Kentico, Sitecore, Episerver, Umbraco etc.)Good technical understanding (concepts rather than coding)Build relationships, understand people and their needs, communicate and ensure all stakeholders get what they needHandy extra skills & experience:Experience with sites that meet WCAG 2.0 Level A or AA accessibilityCertified Scrum MasterDesired characteristics:A real passion for the web and human-centered designAn ability to problem solve under pressureA talent for collaboration and communicating (ideas, issues, and solutions in a team environment)An ability to work individually and take responsibility for your projectsAn ability to provide everyone with a voiceThe future is Bright with diversity, equity, and inclusion
