About the RoleAs an ICT Planning Analyst, you will play a key role in driving continuous service improvement by analysing DMN's financial, ICT asset and service performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
You will deliver high-quality planning and performance reporting that informs investment decision-making by DMN leadership, Metro North executives, and governance bodies.
Additionally, you will develop and embed strategic ICT asset planning and performance frameworks that align with organisational goals and support future capability and capacity needs.
Key knowledge and experience
The ideal applicant will be able to demonstrate the following: Three or more years' experience in the development and of analysis of financial and ICT service performance data and reporting in a complex service delivery organisation.
Experience in ICT strategic resources planning, capacity modelling, and forecasting activities to identify opportunities for ICT service improvement.
Proven highly developed research, analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills, and a proven ability to drive a team environment developing effective working relationships with team members to support the successful support of performance and financial reporting across DMN with the ability to research situations and challenging issues to develop options, strategies, and recommendations to achieve desired outcomes.
Proven interpersonal, presentation, written and consultation skills with the proven ability to consult, negotiate, advise, and maintain effective relationships with senior and multi-disciplinary staff.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and timeline focus.
