Our client is a fantastic firm located in Balwyn, with amazing modern offices.

**The Opportunity**
They are looking to fill the role of Receptionist.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Managing appointments
- Data entry
- Contacting and following up with clients, other businesses and government departments such as the ATO
- Small purchasing duties (ie stationery and food)
- Postal and Banking duties
- Copying, scanning and filing documents
- Other office duties
- 1 + years experience working in an Accounting Firm in a similar role is essential for this position.
- Understanding of the ASIC and ATO portals
- Organised personality
- Proactive approach to work
- High attention to detail
- Great with people
