A highly regarded accounting firm in Melbourne's CBD is seeking a motivated and personable Receptionist to join their team on a 6-month contract. This role is a fantastic opportunity to refine your reception and administration skills while gaining valuable exposure within the professional services industry. The position will suit someone with prior reception or administration experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is looking to broaden their responsibilities.
Base pay range
A$60,000.00/yr - A$75,000.00/yr
Key Responsibilities
Front-of-house reception duties, including answering calls and greeting clients
Managing incoming and outgoing mail
Electronic filing and general administration support
Supporting the team with ad-hoc tasks and overflow work
Maintaining a professional and welcoming office environment
Setting up meeting rooms
Organising catering

Previous reception or administration experience in a professional environment
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Professional, proactive, and adaptable attitude
Friendly and approachable personality
6-month contract role with potential for extension
Professional development and upskilling in administration
