Overview
Join to apply for theBusiness Analyst - Workdayrole atRandstad Australia.
We're looking for a highly skilled professional to join one of our clients for a 12-month fixed term contract, with the possibility of extension.
You'll be instrumental in a major HR technology implementation project, from initial system procurement to final rollout.
Your expertise in business analysis, including data review and system testing, will be critical to our success.
Responsibilities
Contribute to a major HR technology implementation project from procurement through rollout, including system procurement and implementation activities.
Perform data review and system testing to ensure quality and alignment with business requirements.
Analyse, map, and re-engineer business processes to support change management and benefits realization.
Engage stakeholders and manage external system procurement processes.
Develop business analysis artifacts such as business cases, process maps, and project management reports.
Qualifications
At least 5 years of experience in HR technology implementations and systems development.
Workday experience is a plus.
Proven ability to engage stakeholders and manage external system procurement processes.
Strong analytical and communication skills with demonstrated ability to identify, report and scope changes for business and system improvements.
Experience in business analysis and process development within medium to large organisations; strong change management capabilities.
Demonstrated experience in developing business analysis and process documentation, including reports such as business cases and process maps.
Business Analysis qualifications such as PMI-PBA, PRINCE2, PRINCE2 Agile, AgileBA, AgilePM or IIBA certifications are advantageous.
