**Dental Assistant / Receptionist (Part-Time) - Hyde Park Dental Care, Sydney CBD**

Hyde Park Dental Care is a modern, patient-focused practice located in the heart of Sydney CBD. We are seeking a reliable and professional team member who can work both **chairside as a Dental Assistant** and on **front desk reception duties**. This role offers variety, growth, and the opportunity to be part of a supportive and expanding team.

**Immediate Need**:

- Reception cover required on **Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th September 2025**:

- **ASAP start preferred** to allow for handover and training before these dates

**Role Details**:

- Casual/contract position
- Start September 2025
- Mondays initially ? 2 days/week from November ? 3 days/week early next year
- Mix of clinical (chairside) and reception responsibilities

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Chairside assisting across a range of dental procedures
- Maintaining infection control and sterilisation standards
- Preparing and organising treatment rooms and equipment
- Reception duties including appointment scheduling, patient communication, and processing payments
- Supporting smooth day-to-day operations of the practice

**Requirements**:

- Experience in dental assisting and/or dental reception preferred
- Professional, well-presented, and reliable
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy practice environment
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
