We provide ongoing support and professional development/trainings for all Staff.Above award wagesOngoing shifts on offer AM, PM and SLEEPOVERSAs a Disability Support Worker and respected ambassador of McArthur you will be required to assist people with:Household tasks: domestic assistance, cleaning and laundry, and meal prepTransport - transport to appointments, shopping and community accessSocial & Community participation: supporting individuals to engage with their community, build social connections, and participate in activities such as going for walks, attending events, or enjoying recreational outingsApplicants will require:Relevant Industry experience working with clients who have a physical/spinal disabilityCertificate III or IV in Individual Support; Disability, Aged care or similarCurrent NDIS Worker Screening Card and Blue cardCurrent First Aid & CPR CertificatesCurrent Manual Handling Certificate or willing to obtainMedication Certificates/experience will be favourableValid Driver's LicenseCovid and Flu vaccinations are requiredGood availability is essentialCandidates with High Care experience will be viewed favourably.APPLY NOW
