Lead with Heart, Manage with Purpose – Join Us at Anglicare Piper HouseWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced clinical professional to join our exceptional team as a Residential Care Manager within our vibrant Aged Care Facility - Anglicare Piper House, Dapto.In this role you will be responsible for the effective leadership of a facility, ensuring culture, processes and practices are in accordance with the organisational strategies and policies, and ensuring residents are well cared for in a caring environment.
This position provides a great opportunity to apply your aged care knowledge and management experience to a senior role within Anglicare.Your opportunity Undertake the overall responsibility of the operations of the home to deliver high quality services to residents and their familiesCreating a positive work culture for our staff through effective leadership and HR managementManagement of finances and budgetsEnsure Quality planning, implementation and evaluationPromoting an interactive WH&S system to ensure optimum health and wellbeing of staffWhat you'll bring A high level of business acumen including strong financial management experienceLeadership skills and the ability to delegateAged Care experience highly desirablePrevious management experience of diverse teamsKnowledge of ACFI, the Aged Care Act, WHS, accreditation and continuous improvementA passion for Aged CareA commitment to the Christian Values of AnglicareClinical background as an RN or related discipline is highly desirableCurrent AHPRA nursing registration desirableWhy Anglicare?
