Overview

The Body Shop Australia is currently recruiting for a Casual Beauty Advisor for Morley. This Christmas Casual Beauty Advisor role at The Body Shop focuses on delivering exceptional customer service on the shop floor and supporting the store management team to drive sales and profit.

Responsibilities
  • The Beauty Advisor will take the time to learn our customer's needs and recommend products that make them feel good.
  • Uphold the values and vision of the company while ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
  • Offer expert advice to customers and provide an inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
What We Look For
  • Previous retail experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on building rapport with customers
  • A team player and open to daily coaching or feedback from the Store and Assistant Manager
  • A genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry
  • Confident in reaching store targets and sales
  • An active contributor to a joyful collective by being an agile, tenacious and optimistic team member
  • Availability Monday through Sunday
