You will be working alongside our long-standing and established team, our Assistant Director, and our Educational Leader.
What we're looking for: Proven experience in an early childhood leadership role.
Excellent knowledge of the EYLF, NQF, and Exceeding Standards.
A confident, motivating leader who can mentor, inspire, and build a positive team culture.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with children, families, team members, and management.
A genuine passion for early education and inclusion, with the ability to be strategic, resilient, and creative during challenging times.
Your role will include: Leading and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs.
Fostering a safe, inclusive environment where children and families feel at home.
Building meaningful partnerships with families and within the wider community.
Working autonomously with both time on and off the floor to achieve the best results.
