We're on the hunt for a Brand & Digital Designer to join our crew and create work that cuts through.
This role is perfect for a designer with 2–3 years of experience, who's passionate about crafting strategic branding, digital experiences, and creative visuals that truly connect.

What you'll be working on
You'll work across a variety of projects and touchpoints, collaborating with our design, marketing and web teams to deliver creative that looks great and performs even better.
Designing distinctive brand identities, then rolling them out across digital and print touchpoints
Creating custom website designs that are visually compelling and grounded in solid UX / UI principles
Designing marketing collateral such as brochures, signage, presentations, and branded templates
Producing graphic design assets for digital campaigns, paid ads, and organic social media
Creating, refining, and prepping production-ready artwork for both print and digital use
Developing scroll-stopping visual content that's creative, strategic, and always on-brand
Contributing to the evolution of brand systems, style guides, and consistent visual storytelling across all platforms
Are you the designer we're looking for?
2–3 years of design experience (agency life is a bonus)
A solid portfolio of work across branding & web
Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
Confident working in Figma (or keen to master it quickly)
Understanding of design for both digital & print
UI / UX fundamentals and a great eye for layout, type and grids
Comfortable designing for social platforms
Strong time management and communication skills
A proactive, positive attitude — you love what you do and it shows
Skills that make you stand out
Experience with front-end web (HTML / CSS / WordPress)
Skills in photography, animation, or 3D design
Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar)
A general understanding of digital marketing
