What will you be working on?

You'll work across a variety of projects and touchpoints, collaborating with our design, marketing and web teams to deliver creative that looks great and performs even better. You'll be:

• Designing distinctivebrand identities, then rolling them out across digital and print touchpoints
• Creating customwebsite designsthat are visually compelling and grounded in solid UX/UI principles
• Designingmarketing collateralsuch as brochures, signage, presentations, and branded templates
• Producing graphic design assets fordigital campaigns, paid ads, and organic social media
• Creating, refining, and prepping production-ready artwork for bothprintanddigitaluse
• Developing scroll-stoppingvisual contentthat's creative, strategic, and always on-brand
• Contributing to the evolution ofbrand systems, style guides, and consistent visual storytelling across all platforms

Are you the designer we're looking for?

• 2–3 yearsof design experience (agency life = bonus points)
• Asolid portfolioof work across branding & web
• Strong Adobe Creative Suiteskills (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
• Confident working inFigma(or keen to master it quickly)
• Understanding of design for bothdigital&print
• UI/UXfundamentals and a great eye for layout, type and grids
• Comfortable designing forsocial platforms
• Strongtime managementandcommunication skills
• A proactive,positive attitude— you love what you do and it shows

Skills that make you stand out…

• Experience with front-end web (HTML/CSS/WordPress)
• Skills in photography, animation, or 3D design
• Familiarity with video editing or motion graphics (After Effects, Premiere Pro or similar)
• A general understanding of digital marketing
