We are currently looking for an Administrator to join our Paper & Recycling business at our Botany, NSW site. This role is an essential part of the Recycling team providing the business with administration, financial and accounting support. It is responsible for administering the set up and processing of a large number for suppliers, customers and contractors and ensuring the accuracy of a high volume of monthly transactions.
The role will be responsible for a variety of administration and SAP system tasks involved in customer and supplier management. This includes;
- Supplier, Customer and Contractor setup in SAP
- Management of pricing and periodic price updates
- Stock management and reconciliation of depot stock intakes and transfers
- Timely processing of payments for wastepaper supply and other services
- Customer invoicing
- Periodic reconciliation of key supplier accounts to ensure suppliers have not been over/under paid
- Exception reporting
- Maintaining internal relationships with other parts of Opal Australia and the National Recycling division
- Other ad-hoc reporting as required
The role will be responsible for accurate processing of payments for wastepaper supply and other services to suppliers and contractors and raising accurate and timely invoices to customers.

Specifically for this role, we expect you will have;
- Proficiency in Excel (Intermediate level)
- SAP or other ERP system experience
- Good attention to Detail
- The ability to meet tight deadlines
