We are currently looking for **Installers and Factory Workers** to join our business located in Malaga, WA.
- **The role and responsibilities will require a mix of duty between Factory and Installation Department including**:_
- Manufacturing and assembling of shutters and blinds with mínimal supervision of the Factory Manager.
- Using a variety of machinery and manual processes to assemble products efficiently.
- Understanding and using of machinery to cut materials and fabrics to specified measurements.
- Handling metal parts around the workshop.
- Lifting, drilling, using ladders and working outdoors.
- Driving motor vehicle following directives from the scheduling department.
- Assisting to install shutters and blinds into customer's house.
- Customer service focus.
- Maintaining logbook records.
- **The job will be full time, with hours to be worked between 6.45 am and 3.20 pm Monday to Friday. You may be requiring working overtime as and when required.**_

**Preferred skills**
- Prior experience in a similar role (Industry experience - manufacturing & assembling of blinds and shutters)
- Experience in fitting, fixing, carpentry and glacier would be an advantage.
- Ability to pay attention to details and follow instructions accurately.
- Understanding and commitment to safety in the workplace.
- Be organised and meet production requirements.
- Multi-tasking and time management.
- Willingness to work in various areas of the factory.
- Ability to foster positive attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Communication and organisational skills
- Good physical conditions to lift and move shutters & blinds.

It will advantageous if you possess a driving, forklift license and a white card. You may also be required to produce a police clearance in the event you are selected.
