Business Insights Analyst
The role of Business Insights Analyst is pivotal in driving business growth and innovation through strategic decision-making. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for extracting actionable insights from complex data to inform commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that inform strategic decision-making.
Design, build, and validate machine learning models for classification, regression, forecasting, and clustering tasks.
Work closely with business units, product managers, and analysts to understand requirements and translate them into data-driven solutions.
Present findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
2–5+ years of experience in data science, analytics, or a related role.
Strong proficiency in Python and SQL; familiarity with R is a plus.
Experience with ML libraries (Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, XGBoost, etc.) and data tools (Pandas, NumPy, Jupyter).
Skilled in visualization tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Tableau, or Power BI.
Experience working with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data tools (e.g., Spark, BigQuery).
